An athlete is active - this means that one of the following actions has been performed:
- Participated in the offline stage, or have an active application for the upcoming stage, starting from the selected date
- Participated in GGP (result must be accepted or currently under review) starting from the selected date
- Sent the result for any base figure, starting from the selected date
- Participated in the online stage (result must be active), starting from the selected date
- Registration on the site appeared no earlier than 30 days ago
